Helping Mackay Families Thrive

Our Targeted Family Support Program offers personalised assistance to families across the Mackay region, aiming to create stronger, more connected households.

We provide a variety of practical services including

  • case management,

  • parenting support,

  • community referrals,

  • and in-home visits.

Families also have access to in-house counselling as part of our comprehensive, wrap-around care.

The Program is designed to enhance everyday family life, improve household management, and strengthen social connections within the community.
