We support individuals facing significant vulnerabilities and complex life challenges through free support, information, advocacy, and referral services.

As a universal access point, we ensure anyone in the community can connect with the help they need. We help people build connections, access local specialist services, develop supportive networks, and provide a safe space for advocacy and referrals.

The Community Connect Program aligns with the Neighbourhood Centre Initiative's mission to create a coordinated and compassionate approach to community wellbeing, inclusion, and resilience.

Getting help: Walk-ins welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability. Call ahead for the best support possible.
