Lauren

Lauren has been part of the Mackay community for the past 15 years, working across the domestic and family violence sector, youth services, and community development. This experience has shaped her strong commitment to supporting women and children through collaborative, person-centred approaches.

In 2026, Lauren joined the Neighbourhood Hub as a Migrant Settlement Worker. She brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to supporting individuals, families and communities, with collaboration, capacity building and enhanced wellbeing at the centre of her practice.
